This public guide describes the source. It does not expose permit records, addresses, captured evidence, or contractor profiles.
Registry contract reviewed July 30, 2026. “Source managed” means the publisher controls the refresh pattern; it is not a freshness guarantee from Permit Archive.
Use the official service to search issued permit history by process number, address, or full folio number. The City separates issued permit history from application-status searches.

The pilot uses the official arcgis feature service and the source-specific request interval. It does not scrape an interactive portal or bypass access controls.
Only a contractor company name may be retained from contractor details when permitted. Contractor company and mailing addresses are denied.
Every accepted item must retain source ID miami_building_permits_since_2014, its official URL, capture time, content hash, and raw-object location.
