The pilot uses the documented socrata api and the source-specific request interval. It does not scrape an interactive portal or bypass access controls.
Only allowlisted permit facts may cross the boundary. Personal names, contact fields, and contractor home or mailing addresses are denied.
Every accepted item must retain source ID chicago_building_permits, its official URL, capture time, content hash, and raw-object location.
Permit Archive is independent and does not replace the source. Current fields, availability, and terms must be checked with the official publisher.
