Recovery setup verified

After Denver's source-managed identity reset, capture stopped. On September 14, the reviewed revision was pinned; an exact 25-row no-commit canary, one full replacement baseline, and Denver health verification passed. The eight-source diagnostic found no active holds or pending identity revisions and remained below the storage stop. Seven other sources were stale from the shutdown, so this is not a claim that all eight are current. The corrected first-day monitor permits only that inherited staleness before the first scheduled pair. Supervised runs count for zero days; only original scheduled capture-and-health pairs from September 14 UTC can advance the 14-day gate.
